Juara Holding Group operates this site as an independent coordination desk, not as an aircraft operator: we arrange itineraries with licensed aviation and travel partners, and the operator carrying you sets the flight terms, weather limits, and cancellation rules that actually govern your trip. Who Runs This Site?
Juara Holding Group, established 2015, publishes balitokomodoseaplane.com as a route-planning and coordination resource for travelers considering a Bali-to-Komodo journey. We are a broker and booking desk. We do not own, operate, or crew any aircraft, vessel, or vehicle referenced on this site, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any airline, charter operator, or seaplane project named or implied elsewhere. Where a seaplane relay concept is described, it is presented as an inferred routing scenario, not a scheduled service we or any named party currently operates — see our editorial content for that distinction.
When you request a booking, we relay your requirements to licensed operators and travel partners in our network and coordinate the response. The contract for carriage — the actual flight, transfer, or charter — is between you and the operator performing that service, under that operator’s own conditions of carriage.

Who Decides If a Flight or Transfer Goes Ahead?
The operating carrier — whether a fixed-wing airline on the DPS-LBJ sector or, if and when one exists, a seaplane operator — makes every operational call. That includes weather minima, daylight-hours restrictions, sea-state limits for any water-based operation, aircraft serviceability, crew duty limits, and compliance with Indonesian aviation and shipping-safety regulation, including the technical standards that apply to water aerodromes under Indonesian ministerial regulation. Juara Holding Group has no authority over these decisions and cannot override, expedite, or guarantee an operator’s go/no-go call.

What Happens With Deposits, Changes, and Cancellations?
Deposit amounts, change fees, and cancellation windows are set by the individual operator or accommodation partner handling your booking, not by Juara Holding Group. We quote these terms to you in writing, per booking, before you commit funds, because they vary by carrier, charter type, season, and how far ahead you book. General principles that apply across our coordination process:
- No booking is confirmed until the operator issues a confirmed reservation or ticket; a quote or itinerary draft is not a guarantee of price or availability.
- Deposit percentages and refund windows differ between scheduled-airline tickets, private charter agreements, and resort or liveaboard packages — always check the specific terms attached to your quote.
- Weather, permit, or mechanical cancellations initiated by the operator are handled under that operator’s own rebooking or refund policy; Juara Holding Group will relay the operator’s options but does not independently fund refunds for services we did not sell as principal.
- Changes requested close to departure may incur fees set by the operator, particularly for charter-type bookings with limited daily capacity.
- We do not guarantee specific departure times, seaplane relay legs, or same-day connections; timing is always subject to the operating carrier’s schedule and conditions on the day.
Are There Any Outcome or Availability Guarantees?
No. Juara Holding Group does not guarantee departure times, seat or slot availability, weather conditions, national park access, or any specific travel outcome. Published fares, frequencies, and capacity figures referenced on this site come from operator and industry sources current as of 2026 and are subject to change without notice — always confirm current pricing and schedule directly through your quote before finalizing plans. We are not a licensed financial, legal, immigration, or tax adviser; any visa, levy, or entry-requirement information here is general and date-stamped, and you should verify current rules with Indonesian immigration or your travel document issuer before you travel.
How Do We Handle Your Data?
We collect the information you submit through inquiry forms, WhatsApp, or email — name, contact details, travel dates, and party size — solely to coordinate your booking request with operator partners. For visitors and customers in Indonesia, this processing follows Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), including your right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and our obligation to use it only for the stated purpose. For visitors from the European Economic Area or other jurisdictions with comparable protections, we apply GDPR-aware practices: we do not sell your data, we share it only with the specific operator needed to fulfill your request, and you may ask us to disclose or erase what we hold. Data sent via WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own platform terms in addition to ours.
What Law Governs These Terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or a booking coordinated through it that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you hold in your home jurisdiction.
